These neon Glow in the Dark mini liners are suited to craft applications using paper and cardstock, ceramics, pottery, plastic and more.
Simply use from the liner pen and return cap after use. Store in a cool dry place.
For best results use on dark materials.
Charge in bright, natural or artificial light. Will also glow super bright under a UV light.
*Clean up using warm soapy water.
