Description
The Fibre Reactive powder provides vibrancy to the colouration of your fibres when activated through a mixture with an alkaline substance, such as baking soda.
This chemical reaction easily fuses itself with the garments of your choice, resulting in a broad variety of colours, shades and tints, making your experimentations a pleasurable and fun experience.
Even though the reactive dye is really safe to use with your kids and in your house, there are still a few safety precautions that you’ll have to be attentive too.
How to Use:
Wear gloves and protect your work surface, and use in conjunction with Dala Soda Ash:
1. Dissolve 150g Soda Ash in 5L of warm water (2 Tbs per litre). Soak garments in the solution for 20 mins.
2. Gently wring out the garment(s) FILL on approximate 50% saturation. Re-use solution to a minimum 1% Soda Ash to the dry weight of fabric.
