Dala Deco High Gloss Varnish is a glossy, water based top coat suited to all craft and decoupage projects.
How to Use:
IDEAL FOR: SEALING DECOUPAGE AND CRAFT PIECES
Apply a layer of Dala ‘High Gloss’ with a soft brush and allow to dry thoroughly.
A second layer may be applied at a right angle to the first coat.
*Clean up: using water while brushes are still wet
